It tasted good but probably need more gelatin to firm it up next time.

Today Lunch: Grilled Salmon with Organic Maitake Mushroom in Black Pepper Sauce
The skin was crispy and the mushroom tasted so good!!~ The fish undercooked a bit tho. BTW today is very hot...
Cooking Sukiyaki the First Time
Watched a Japanese TV Drama and it was talking about the Sukiyaki. So, I give it a try and made it. Well, I cannot find all the ingredients... However, I think it was pretty good. I really want to get a chance to eat one from restaurant and compare with mine.
Making of Creme Brulee
I finally bought the burner to make the hard caramel on top of the creme brulee. As always it tasted prettey good! Well the picture is about 3 weeks old and I finally got a chance to post it.
Stir fried sticky rice
Seem like all I am posting is food and cook... but anyway...
This Sunday, with friends came over, I prepared Stir fried sticky rice with Chinese sausage and Chinese Bacon (炒糯米飯). Well, again it was sticky rice, for people never have stir fried sticky rice before don't expect it would be the same as fried rice that usually sold in restaurant in Atlanta. It was a little harder to make sure everything mixed well together. This time, I didn't have enough time to cook the rice a day before and have it sit in the refrigerator over night. And it was a little bit to moist. However, It did taste pretty good.
